Abstract

Cities have always been developed in its territory mirroring the structure of their society. History shows that the different moments of social organization have its equivalent in morphological well-defined spatial configurations. In the twentieth century the main urban setting was structured in the occupation in neighborhoods, with its wealth of relationships. With the advent of urban violence, the flight to safe enclaves pushed the population to the condos, which have multiplied in the late 1990 continued into urban structures. These structures, however, no longer respond to the expectations of society for a safe space. Thus, a new way to live, you can add these two configurations through a composite structure, begins to appear as a third way to inhabit the city, seeking to add the safety of gated communities with the structure of neighborhoods pleasant and efficient.
