Highlight outsourcing

Abstract

This work has the objective to introduce an approach about outsourcing as a management strategy which reduces expenses and makes happen the company to have more focus on its main activity. It tries to give better conditions to companies to reach its social goals, passing to outsourcing companies to do non-essential activities to the company. This mechanism realizes as an administration of modern technique that is based on a management process that has as application criterion a temporal view in a tactic optica, scaled to reach determined ond recognized goals by the company.
