Objective of this work is to demonstrate how organizations have improved their operations, with efficiency, effectiveness and competitiveness, resulting in doing the right things, the best way possible, making the customers satisfied with the use of products or services resulting from the process. The study deals with Process Management, providing: the strategy process, the concept of processes, by organizing processes, the importance of processes, organization and implementation of processes and makes reference to role of people in these processes and how important is their performance so there is no gap between what they accomplish and what is expected of them.
