Abstract

This work is mainly aimed to organize a discussion of the productive application of the concept of modular consortium, in other companies (Industry and Retail) as a new form of relationship between partners and the first level of the supply chain, where all productive activities are operated in a joint and integrated, under one "roof" and supervision Modular Company. Show forms of relationships in the supply chain, from the competitive strategies in the restructuring process, identifying the advantages and disadvantages, describing them in applying this production system, so that this concept may or may not be seen as a model to be followed in any company in managing the supply chain.
