Systems of Government Brazil - Uruguay

Abstract

This study compared of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Constitution of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay want to analyze the system of government of these countries, trying to find in the models of organization of the executive, legislature and judiciary powers, in its competence, as between the government and people, and in the relations between the Powers their similarities and differences.
