Abstract

This study aims to develop, through analysis and understanding the behavior of productivity of the team of interviewers from studies of public opinion - voting intention, a technique of data collection generates a higher rate of productivity, which consequently reduces the time days for completion of studies, thus favoring the company's strategic goal for the year 2008 that is to compete in speed, bringing to market studies with a shorter delivery time.
