Abstract

This work aims to understand how innovation can be important for competitiveness in relation to organizations that want to keep renewing itself in its activities or products. The subject covers three levels. First the present situation of innovation these days, which includes the necessary investments in technology to fund research of new products, which are the sources of investment and what you are doing this. Secondly the relationship between competitiveness through innovation, how to involve the financial resource to better utilization of human capital in developing ideas. And especially, the role of employees for the company to innovate and renew itself constantly. Finally when it comes to human capital appears the issue of knowledge involved, because high technology is only possible when man proposes to apply their skills for the new. The final remarks discuss some possible ways to ensure competitiveness of the literature focusing on innovation, but also the importance of information sharing and involvement of the whole structure, using financial resources and knowledge that each individual involved has to travel it.
