Competence concepts

Abstract

The globalization has changed the concepts about competence that has influenced the organization as well the professional. The concepts of competence has been theme of studies so far. The purpose of this study is to analyze some concepts of some author, specialized on this subject. The objective is to get understandable and clear the author´s idea, providing broad subject of this theme, concepts of competence.
