The use of e-learning software as a support to the manufacturing

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to identify the gaps generated with a lack of knowledge during a process of change employment in a organization, and offer a methodology supported by a e- learning program to avoid loss of information and prepare a training program to new employees, those will take the practical information related to the products that are being manufactured. This paper was based in an experience of the author, who had worked in computer manufacturing companies. There was a researching of the using of elearning courses in companies that is displayed in the following article.
