A FORMAÇÃO DE COOPERATIVAS DE RECICLAGEM

Abstract

The manuscript reports an initial experience in the process of public policy´s construction of work and income in the context of environmental issues, occurred between 2001-2007, in Campinas. By focusing on the organization of Cooperatives specialized in recycling home and civil construction waste, we seek to bring the importance of initial guiding principles of politics – such as building a legal mark, establishing a practical space for the construction of public policy´s generation of work and income, the establishment of partnerships with incubators of popular Cooperatives and the definition of the public funding mechanisms.
