Abstract

Regarding the current moment, in which the economic condition has been showing very competitive, and constant environment transformation, we have to consider new ways to manage the organization to be more effective and efficient. This purpose of this study is to analyze definition of management competences with the objective to build new ways to manager act. The concepts will be presented by several author, practices, that might help the organization to be more flexible against this competitive economy.
