Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify the customers' perception of a hospital pharmacy in oncology, maintained by the Unified Health System – SUS situated in a large hospital in a city located in southern Minas Gerais, in relation to its physical structure and products - goods and services - offered. Customers who participated in the study are cancer patients who withdraw drugs from the pharmacy object of study for treatments performed in order to mitigate the effects and /or eliminate the disease. To achieve this purpose was used for bibliographic, descriptive and participant and techniques of observation and data collection questionnaires that were returned by customers and by employees of the pharmacy in order to compare the perceptions identified and verify their impact on lives of customers. As a result we obtained a positive perception of the clients to the pharmacy, but negative for the Unity High Complexity in Oncology - UNACON, which was not the focus of research, generating data that show the relationship between individual, environment and health, visas process as interrelated and inseparable.
