This article aims to reflect on the process of mobilization and organization of beneficiary families by PAC - Growth Acceleration Program in Campinas - SP, through the actions of generating employment and income, environmental and health education, considering that these are aimed at providing supportive environments for health promotion and improvements in environmental and health administrations, thus contributes to building healthy and sustainable urban spaces. The planning and implementation of these actions have sought partnership with the sectors involved and non-governmental organizations, aimed at mainstreaming the same related to healthy public policies. The case presented here seeks to contribute pointing signs of effectiveness of actions and changes in daily positive potential beneficiary communities, reflecting on the practice experienced in attempts to improve the CAP
