Results: There was an increase in the 6MWT, improvem over the MIP and MEP and improve in favor of cirtometry in the start and end of PRP. That was enough for patients to report improvement in their QOL Discussion: The protocol adopted (AQ20) was associated with the use of the Water Bike® within a PRP. According to the AQ20, the questionnaire was administered in the pre and post treatment, and patients who participated in this study reported improvement in fatigue, ADL'S in QOL and a decrease in the use of drugs. Conclusion: According to the proposed method, it is concluded that there was improvement in quality of life with an aquatic rehabilitation program, through the Water Bike®.
