Abstract

The relevance of the work in question is characterized by measuring the quality of nursing care in seeking to consolidate the relationship of the audit, the aim of promoting the humanization process of nursing work. The objective to identify nursing actions that contribute to excellence in quality and humanization of care evaluated through analysis of the audit service. Integrative literature review performed in databases, national and international levels, with a qualitative approach. Analized to 16 articles published in the last 10 years have allowed the identification of the following categories were analyzed: Quality management through the audit of nursing The importance of nursing records to measure the quality of service provided and the role of the nurse auditor in the formation of the link quality and audit. The analysis of the articles showed us that the audit nursing gradually comes longer be facing policing professionals, and therefore takes the meaning of a tool to assess the quality of the property and the effectiveness of health services provided and in continuing education, aimed at gradual improvement in health care
