Abstract

The present study aimed to analyze the response of fibroblasts in relation to exposure to LED light, observing whether or not there is growth when exposed to it, to evaluate if indeed there is growth stimulation of fibroblasts that in turn act on tissue regeneration. This will be evaluated through the study of the growth curve on each day of application, using kidney cells Vero, which are similar to fibroblasts contained in human tissue. There will be two groups of Vero cells in Petri dishes, one group exposed to LED light and the other control group not exposed. The results showed that the LED provided greater fibroblast growth compared to the control group, noting that his action optimizes the time of cell growth.
