Control Mechanisms on CVRD Workers of 1959-61

Abstract

The research bellow it’s an analysis about the communist weekly, Folha Capixaba, since 1959-1962, with intention from identify the external and internal CVRD control forms about theirs workers. First, we look the relations between class representatives, by the corporative structure of state, like shapes of control of the company direction, overseer’s and bosses for a healthy of research. The intention is observe how the questions of syndicate to stay connected with demands of workers, and, show which, together an ideology, control mechanisms created for a company and mechanisms remainder of Estado Novo, has served to contain the workers.
