Abstract

This article presents the study made thirty three persons from four companies that went thru the leadership change process. The research consisted of a bibliographical review about organizational climate and the human behavior flexibility before organizational changes, focusing mainly the leadership change. The bibliographical information obtained reveal that the human behavior in the organizations is a very discussed subject by researchers all over the world, as of most of them agrees with the difficulties that managers and administrators face to manage their associates before a leadership change. Even though the objective of this process is to improve the organizational performance, it involves variables that affect the human behavior and the organizational climate, since it takes some time for people to get used to it. This article presents the study made with thirty three persons from four companies that went thru the leadership change process. The methodology used was a quantitative study, with surveys of a validated questionary, using the likert range.
