Fibrosarcoma is a malignant neoplasm of connective tissue origin, in which an abnormal division of fibroblasts is observed. It can affect all species, being common in cats and with less occurrence in dogs. Usually manifests in isolation form and in elderly animals. Its presentation can be in several places, mainly in skin and subcutaneous tissue, being necessary the observation of clinical signs, cytopathological examination by aspiration puncture, biopsy and histopathology for the confirmation of diagnosis and differentiation of other mesenchymal tumors. Surgically, removal of the neoplasm should be done with broad free margins and then complementary to chemotherapy and radiotherapy to provide a better prognosis. The main purpose of this work is to report the occurrence of a case of fibrosarcoma in a 13-year-old female pit bull dog in the infraorbital region.
