Hospitality relations at bed and breakfasts

This article tries to conceptualize the means of lodging alternative to striking popularity in the United States and Europe, which begins to gain ground in the Brazilian tourism: The Bed and Breakfast or Bed and Coffee Inn. Its main feature on conventional means is bound the establishment of an interpersonal communication, which generates informal relationships between the managers and their guests based on empathy and hospitality, establishing a communication network that can continue after the usual ways by hosting or virtual.
