a comparison of efficiency between veterans and students entering the faculty of technology east/SP

Abstract

The purpose in doing this project was realizing, through empirical and in informal conversations, which the majority of pupils complained of insufficient and/or lack of information regarding the activities and the location of the College. As a way to guide them, is of paramount importance to effective transmission of information. The proposed design and produce a printed communication were the resource used at Faculdade de Tecnologia East for students entering in the spring of 2016. The purpose of this article is to compare the evaluation of the students veterans and freshmen on the efficiency of the distribution folder to expand institutional and improve internal communication. Therefore, a survey was conducted to identify which students ' vision about the means of communication, the expectation and quality of services in two stages: first with the students veterans of the second half of 2015 and then with students entering in the spring of 2016. During the comparative process, it was possible to observe that it is feasible to invest in transmission of information in printed form, whereas the folder a method facilitator.
