Abstract

The present study aims to investigate the emotional experience of the elderly during the aging process, aiming to show the drama experienced as closely as possible and the meaning inferred from the process of aging, inevitable in all social layers. It is organized methodologically around the study of postings of an elderly woman in a blog, in which were selected reports that allowed the interpretive production in the affective-emotional sense from the psychoanalytical method. Evidenciating the relation of this process of aging in the field of science, taking into account socioeconomic factors in the contemporary context. So understand the needs, new attitudes, habits, beliefs and values that can add and / or improve this phase of the aging process that afflicts most human beings. The emotional experiences posted constitute a privileged material for the consideration of the impression of the aging process, as they provide support for the understanding of the elderly's experiences with this study, as well as the feelings involved, the family environment and factors that are insert in the aging process. In this way, the posts, when considered in the light of the psychoanalytic method, allowed the interpretive production of the emotional affective field, evidencing postings that express feelings around the experience of aging. The final result stand outs that the experience of aging is determined by a continuous process of deconstruction, experienced in the body, in the social and in the very self of the elderly. However, it is possible to see aging as an episode marked by circumstances that are presented in order to take care of a habitual destination: aging, but concomitantly, accessible to the knowledge of new experiences.
