The Legal Custom as a Source of the Brazilian Law

Abstract

The Brazilian Law is mainly written, being the law the main source of the national normative system. However, this confirmation does not withdraw the possible existence of customary norms, which creational process does not operate in an institutionalized way, but through the interference of society itself.
