Abstract

This work is in harmony with the line of research in State Law and Brazilian State Theory developed by the guiding professor and by the Constitutional Law Studies Center. It is a work of surveying, reading and bibliography, as well as systematization of the doctrinal thinking of the lawyer Dalmo de Abreu Dallari, through a selection of data about the whole work, compiling information from a re-reading and writing of the books , chapters and scientific articles, contextualized with the historical moment of the process of redemocratization and consolidation of the Democratic State of Law in Brazil. It was intended to identify the essence of his works, his legal thinking and contextualization of his work in defense of the Constitution, his contribution to democracy and human rights in Brazil. The bibliography corresponds to all the writings and comments already elaborated by other indoctrinators on these works.
