Abstract

The article describes the beginning of the RH and his changes and transformations that it was suffering along the centuries. From his first space in the enterprise, where were the officials employed and discarded, they had no value, being only one any more number for the enterprise. And in consequence to these alterations the pioneer Toyota began to value his collaborator, and understood that it was a key piece for the business success. THE RH assumes then an important paper in this new wave of technological improvement, becoming still more strategic in the retention of talents and development of the human capital in the application of the new technologies for productivity increase. Through the what times are the challenges that the agents find to do a new employment? And what they look in the collaborators being contracted, which skills and necessary competences? Through these questions we will manage to give a step more for understanding the process of transformation of the sector of Rh inside the enterprises.
