Outsource Engineering AGW Projects

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to view the viability of opening an “AGW Projects” company, who will perform mechanical designs (3D/2D drawings) to third parties. Due to the high demand in the projects area, the idea is to create an engineering company that will outsource our services, where we will provide an employee to go to the customer and can understand what he needs. Done it, we will offer a system of “tasting”, offering free services during one or two days (depending on the size of the project to be contracted). Then the customer can view and analyze the quality of services provided. We have two forms of services, being: the first one, we will have an employee to work in the customer’s company staying indefinite period of time, until the project is done and there are no more questions for our customer. The charge will be made through Bill once a month, and the amount will have to pay per hour. We also have a second option of the services provide, the project will be realized in our company, sending files or visiting the customers once a week showing the development of the project and asking questions (if any). The billing will also be done through in this case, the project will have a closed value or be charged per hour. First of all the company will have two labors services, the owner and an employee, with the increase of demand, we will hire some employees to supply our need.
