Integrative review in LILACS databases; BDENF; and MEDLINE, using the descriptors: Continuity of Patient Care; Neoplasia; Palliative Care and Oncology Nursing, from 2014 to 2020. The results showed three categories of care practices: Health guidance; Nursing Consultation and Technical Procedures. The main practice observed was health guidance, followed by nursing consultation, aimed at health promotion and user monitoring; and technical procedures.
