Abstract

The effects of the globalization come demanding a great amount of effort from the organizations in the search of the competitive advantage. The costs planning and control structural instruments have been being unable to keep the short term policies, whereas the costs management and the manufacturing strategic initiatives are effective instruments to keep and to assure the business unities profitability.
