Abstract

In the current social and economic situation of society, community institutions need to define strategies for monitoring and retaining graduates. The objective of this research is to present a diagnosis about the relationship of the former student in Gaucho Community Universities. For the development of this work, a bibliographic research was carried out for the evaluation of indicatives and survey of strategies for the application of the Delphi method. The results indicate the need for a policy and practice of maintenance and management of management with a focus on graduates. Institutional services stand out as the main results; participation in the promotion of meetings; discounts on extension, second and postgraduate courses; access to employment and income opportunities; student follow-up admission to graduation; improvement of long-term and short-term course offerings; importance of institutional resources development of a relationship policy aimed at PDI; need for specific media; development of a network of services to graduates such as: personal and professional database. In addition, the importance of implementing a management and control system for egress management is highlighted, with the integration of control processes through information technology.
