Abstract

This article addresses the issue of outsourcing and their impact on fundamental social rights of workers. Thus, begins with the concept of outsourcing institute and its most relevant aspects, after making analysis is of the problems arising from the use of outsourcing in a predatory manner. Finally, give will be a greater focus on protection of workers' rights, including the fundamental brought by the Constitution, which are precarious for the use of outsourcing in a predatory way, causing a mitigation effectiveness material from various rights of the working class.
