Abstract

There is, by definition, that Mathematics is presented as a Knowledge contextualized and meaningful for students, so it came in vacuum, either developed in a vacuum, but is the result of relationships and cultural needs as originating in primitive communities, in which science began to complex develop, walked up to the current issues through a multifaceted and complex developments and have in particular the History of the Mathematics Universal History must therefore be considered as such, for the teaching and learning.
