Through consumer voice of development of QFD in trash creating awareness for children

Abstract

This paper aims to present the use of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to develop a children's trash aware that future generations as the importance of holding the waste disposal and waste properly. It has proposed the creation of this trash, hoping act cognitively learning of children, since benefits are found in this type of learning. For that, we used the questionnaire to collect information from the target audience, and the house of quality for the development of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD).
