The present work search to identify if there is the schizophrenia in fact in the childhood and which the implications of this disease in the infantile universe, as well as, to evidence which is the paper of the school in that picture. It was used as methodology the search of goods with specific descriptor, giving focus and present time the information, besides complemental bibliography. It was evidenced with this research that there is little bibliography at the beginning treating of schizophrenia very precocious, but there was the validation of the hypotheses in relation to the confirmation of the disease in the childhood, and still, their implications in the family and school. The child with schizophrenia unchains a range of social and cognitive difficulties that soon they are noticed, mainly in the school atmosphere, turning like this the school an important badge of symptoms In agreement with the study he/she identified the professionals and the types of attendances that the child could receive.
