Abstract

This paper aims to present an understanding of how the School's Political-Pedagogical Project can constitute an instrument of Democratic Management in order to face the challenges that school education presents. For this, we discuss the Political-Pedagogical Project, seeking to conceptualize it and to understand its elaboration, in light of the literature. Next, we reflect on the meaning of democratic management. Finally, we share our understanding of the Pedagogical Project as a tool for democratic management.
