Effectiveness Of Fundamental Right To Education For Students With Special Needs

Abstract

The national constitution has a wide range of social rights, resulting in little effectiveness. The fundamental right to education is important for the development of a nation, it must be national and at all levels. In the national scenario this is precarious and the fact is aggravated when considering students with special needs. The general and specific objectives of the work are the conceptualization of constitutional fundamental rights, the right to education and the demonstration with data of inefficiency in Brazil with emphasis on children and youth with special needs. The qualitative method is used and the perceived result is the ineffectiveness of the fundamental precept for education for children and youth with special needs.
